Fitness Awareness Programme conducted

The ocean club conducted a one day fitness awareness programme for its players and officials today 2073 Sharawan 12 in shree mahalaxmi high school building. Fitness trainer Sanjit Shrestha owner of fitness Nepal who is residing in Australia conducted the workshop. All together 40 people were participated in the programme. Meanwhile in the programme jersey sponsored by Fitness Nepal to the ocean club is also unveiled. The ocean club president Amit khatri thanks Shrestha for his valuable time and sharing of knowledge and said this will helps our players how to remain fit on and off the pitch.
